We purchased our new home from Elevation in 2022. Their design team was excellent to work with. They quickly learned our design preferences and had many great ideas on the details. Despite some supply chain issues, they were able to pivot to find fixtures and design elements that fit our style perfectly. The home construction is top notch and we appreciate how quiet and well-insulated the home is. There are a number of thoughtful details in the construction that we are only beginning to appreciate. We're very pleased with this wonderful new home.

When we were trying to move to Iowa City we weren’t finding any homes we liked and wanted to buy. We were planning to buy a new build but after we toured Elevation’s house that was still in the construction phase we fell in love with their house and design. We loved the contemporary feel and all the things they included that we would have never thought of like a steam shower. After deciding to buy the house we worked with them to customize a few things and they were very transparent about what was feasible and what designs would fit the theme of the house best . After living in our house for over a year, Elevation has continued to be responsive for any minor issues that we need fixed. We always get compliments on our home and the design and I’m so thankful we bought an Elevation home!

We worked with Elevation to build our current home. Building a house can be very stressful and we are so grateful to the entire Elevation team for all of their assistance. We worked with Elevation Home Builders to remodel our home, not only the process was easy and the result was beautiful, they made sure we were involved and have good input in the process. Their advice helped us save money in the long run and make the best decisions, from finishes to appliances. We have used their help for small jobs after that too, always very happy with the results. They were offering a Auto Lift that was on display at a parade home for a discount. The house had sold without it so I put some money down on it and as time went by I was unable to follow through on the deal (thanks to Covid) and they returned my money I had put down. That's pretty rare these days. Thanks again Elevation for being true & blue! 5*****
